Job summary

Preply is scaling its engineering team and seeks a Talent Acquisition Manager - Tech to lead the hiring engine across Barcelona, London, and Kyiv. You will manage TA Partners, own complex searches, and translate workforce plans into actionable hiring priorities.

You'll partner with TA Leadership, Engineering Directors, VPs, and our CTO to deliver fast, high-quality hires. The role blends hands-on recruiting with strategic leadership in a fast-growing, globally distributed company.

Qualifications

• Expert-level engineering recruiting craft with end-to-end search for hard-to-fill roles.
• In-house recruiting experience with senior technical stakeholders.
• Ability to translate workforce plans into clear hiring strategies and priorities.
• Experience scaling hiring systems and improving pipeline quality.
• Experience leading calibration across a large interviewer group.

Responsibilities

• Own the Engineering hiring engine end to end and translate workforce plans into hiring strategies.
• Directly manage a team of TA Partners with performance and development oversight.
• Drive hiring outcomes across technical domains and hubs, including Barcelona, London, Kyiv.
• Build and optimize hiring processes to improve speed and quality.
• Track progress with weekly hiring rhythm and funnel data.
• Lead calibration sessions to align interviewers and hiring managers.
• Shape top-of-funnel strategy with Marketing and Employer Brand for high-quality pipelines.
