Preply is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the MarTech engineering teams, shaping technical direction and partnering with Marketing, Product, and Data to drive growth. You’ll scale campaigns, automate content workflows, and ensure reliable tracking and data quality.

You’ll mentor engineers, own delivery plans, and champion engineering best practices in a fast-growing Ed-Tech company with global reach, Barcelona-based hub, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of engineering leadership experience.
• Experience in MarTech, AdTech, Growth, tracking, attribution or SEO platforms.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong execution and results orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow high-performing MarTech engineering teams with ownership and technical excellence.
• Coach engineers through feedback and career development.
• Set vision and strategy to scale marketing, acquisition, and measurement platforms.
• Identify opportunities with Product, Marketing and Data to drive measurable outcomes.
• Own execution, delivering realistic plans balancing speed, quality and reliability.
• Provide technical leadership on system design and architectural decisions.
