Job summary

BizAway S.r.l. is seeking a Senior Tech Talent Acquisition Partner to actively shape and execute the tech recruitment strategy across engineering, data, ML, architecture and product.

You will collaborate with CTPO and leaders to align hiring with the tech roadmap and build long-term talent communities in Barcelona and Europe. You will lead proactive sourcing, employer branding, and data-informed decisions while driving a high-touch candidate experience and partnering with internal and external

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical recruitment experience in high-growth tech companies, SaaS or scaleups.
• Proven track record sourcing and closing complex, senior roles (Software/Data Engineering, Data Science, ML, Architecture, Product).
• Technical fluency to credibly converse with senior engineers, architects, and product leads.
• Advanced headhunting skills using Boolean search, direct outreach, talent mapping and alternative channels.
• Strategic stakeholder management with confidence to advise, influence and challenge senior leadership (including CTPO).
• Networking and community mindset: proactive autonomous networker building long-term talent communities.
• Commercial mindset: exceptional storytelling, negotiation and candidate-closing abilities.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Tech Recruitment: Own full-lifecycle hiring across Engineering, Data, ML, Architecture, and Product.
• Strategic Leadership Partnering: Align hiring strategies with technology roadmap and capability gaps.
• Proactive Market Mapping & Pipeline: Benchmark compensation, identify talent pools, map target companies/communities.
• Employer Branding & Ecosystem Building: Position BizAway across Barcelona and European tech hubs; network and host meetups and roundtables.
• Commercial & Creative Sourcing: Design innovative outreach strategies to engage, convert and close passive talent.
• Candidate Experience & Data Intelligence: Deliver high-touch candidate journey and use market data to advise leadership on hiring feasibility.
• Team Collaboration: Work with TA team to optimize sourcing practices and priorities.
