Job summary

BizAway S.r.l. in Barcelona seeks a Senior Tech Talent Acquisition Partner to own end-to-end tech recruiting and strengthen BizAway’s tech employer brand across Europe.

You will partner with the CTPO and engineering leads to align hiring with the technology roadmap, while building robust talent communities. In this role, you will lead proactive market mapping, craft innovative sourcing strategies, and guide senior leadership on recruitment feasibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical recruitment experience in high-growth tech companies, SaaS, or scaleups.
• Proven track record sourcing and closing senior roles (Software/Data Engineering, Data Science, ML, Architecture, Product).
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Tech Recruitment: Own full-lifecycle hiring across Engineering, Data, ML, Architecture, and Product.
• Strategic Leadership Partnering: Align hiring strategies with technology roadmap and capability gaps.
• Proactive Market Mapping & Pipeline: Benchmark compensation and map target talent pools and communities.
• Employer Branding & Ecosystem Building: Position BizAway across Barcelona and European tech hubs.
• Commercial & Creative Sourcing: Design innovative outreach strategies to engage passive talent.
• Candidate Experience & Data Intelligence: Deliver high-touch candidate journeys and advise leadership on feasibility.
• Team Collaboration: Work with TA team to optimize sourcing practices and priorities.
