• 4+ years across recruitment marketing or talent attraction in a fast-growing Tech business.
• Hands-on events experience: planning and delivering meetups, conferences, or sponsorships.
• Good understanding of how recruitment marketing supports hiring pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Build attraction plans for key talent chapters.
• Partner with TA and leaders to understand hiring goals.
• Coordinate paid and organic recruitment campaigns, including LinkedIn ads.
• Measure impact of events, campaigns, and Glassdoor activity through KPIs.
