This role includes assisting in establishing project success criteria, managing quality, safety, and health issues, and documenting project progress. Candidates should have a degree in Architecture or related fields, construction consultancy experience is preferred, and strong communication skills in both Spanish and English are required. Formación

• Degree or its equivalent in Architecture, Construction Management or Related Field.
• Construction consultancy experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge and experience of all of the main project management concepts, tools, and techniques.

Responsabilidades

• Assisting the Project Manager in establishing project success criteria.
• Planning for ongoing management of quality, safety, health, and environment issues.
• Monitoring and documenting project progress and other performance indicators.

Conocimientos

Fluent Spanish

Fluent English

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Understanding of project life cycle

Knowledge of project management concepts

Educación

Degree in Architecture, Construction Management or Related Field
