Job summary

Emergo by UL is seeking a Senior Sales Executive for Medical Device Consulting Services in the EMEA region. The role is remote or hybrid from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague, with travel up to 30% for client meetings and industry events.

You will drive sales of premium Human Factors advisory services, build a strong pipeline, and translate customer needs into tailored offerings while maintaining the highest standards of technical credibility and client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/graduate degree in business or related field.
• 5+ years consultative sales experience with a minimum $3 million/year quota.
• Medical device or life sciences industry experience required.
• Human Factors advisory services knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for HF advisory services throughout the sales cycle.
• Understand customer needs and articulate Emergo by UL's value proposition in presentations and proposals.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas; craft customized advisory solutions.
• Develop sales pipeline via proactive outreach and attendance at trade shows/conferences.
• Travel up to 30% for client visits and events.
