Job summary

Emergo by UL is seeking a Senior Sales Executive in Europe to lead sales of premium Human Factors advisory services across the EMEA region. The role is customer‑facing, requires technical credibility, and involves scoping, proposals and contract execution.

The position offers remote or hybrid work from Madrid/Barcelona, The Hague, or Basingstoke with up to 30% travel. You will develop pipelines, meet quotas, and contribute to marketing strategy while staying current on HF best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in business or related field.
• English proficiency at C1 or higher.
• 5+ years of consultative sales in medical devices or life sciences.
• Strong knowledge of sales processes and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for HF advisory services throughout the sales cycle.
• Understand customer needs and present the value proposition in proposals.
• Meet/exceed quotas and collaborate with SMEs to craft solutions.
• Develop sales pipeline via outreach and trade shows.
• Build trust with customers and identify needs and pain points.
• Contribute to marketing strategy and industry event planning.
• Advise leadership on evolving customer needs and trends.
• Maintain plan to prioritize target accounts and year‑long relationships.
• Acquire HF knowledge through training and independent study.
