Job summary

Danaher is seeking an experienced Manager, EMEA Payroll to lead regional payroll operations across MEDNA with a focus on accuracy, compliance and continuous improvement.

You will manage a multi‑level payroll team, collaborate with HR, Finance and external vendors, and ensure timely payroll processing while adhering to local tax and labor laws. Remote work arrangements are available for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Admin or HR.
• 7–9 years payroll experience.
• 3–5 years EMEA payroll processing.
• CPP certification.
• Proven leadership and change-management skills.
• Strategic payroll issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll cycles across MEDNA region with accurate processing.
• Approve payroll payments and audit payroll accuracy.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and tax requirements.
• Lead payroll team performance, capacity planning and development.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, HRIS/IT and external vendors.
• Provide payroll reports and insights to stakeholders.
