Job summary

Danaher is seeking an experienced Manager, EMEA Payroll to lead end-to-end payroll operations across MEDNA with a focus on accuracy, compliance and timely delivery. You will partner with HR, Finance, and vendors to drive governance and continuous improvement. Remote work options are available for eligible roles and current location may be maintained.

Responsibilities include audits, KPI tracking, and updating payroll processes while guiding a multi-level team to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, HR or related field.
• 7–9 years of payroll experience, with 3–5 years in EMEA payrolls.
• CPP certification and strong leadership and regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll cycles with timely, accurate processing.
• Approve payroll payments and conduct audits for regional accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and tax requirements.
• Lead payroll team, plan capacity, and oversee PTO scheduling.
• Maintain payroll documentation and support system enhancements with HRIS/IT.
• Monitor ServiceNow tickets and respond to benefits-related inquiries.
• Provide payroll reports and insights to HR and Finance.
