Danaher is seeking a Manager, EMEA Payroll to lead end-to-end payroll across MEDNA, ensuring compliant, timely processing and audit readiness. You will partner with HR, Finance and vendors, manage a multi-level payroll team, and drive improvements in KPIs while aligning with local laws.

The role offers a remote-work arrangement eligible for qualifying candidates and reports to the Director of EMEA Payroll, within the Corporate organization.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field with 7-9 years payroll experience.
• 3-5 years experience processing and managing complex EMEA payrolls with emphasis on regulations, tax, and labor laws.
• Proven leadership and change-management abilities; CPP certification is preferred.
• Strategic thinker capable of resolving payroll issues considering timing and tax implications.

• Manage end-to-end payroll cycles with timely, accurate processing and approvals.
• Prepare external and internal audit documentation for regional payrolls.
• Ensure compliance with country/region labor laws and tax requirements.
