Job summary

Danaher is seeking a Manager, EMEA Payroll to lead payroll operations across the MEDNA region, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely delivery. You will manage a multi-level payroll team and partner with HR, Finance and external vendors to drive performance.

The role reports to the Director of EMEA Payroll and supports system enhancements, audits, and KPI tracking while maintaining strong risk controls. Remote work options may apply according to company policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration or HR.
• 7–9 years of related payroll experience.
• 3–5 years handling complex EMEA payrolls with focus on regulations, tax and labor law.
• CPP certification required.
• Strong leadership and change-management skills.
• Knowledge of tax and labor-law compliance across regions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll cycles across MEDNA region.
• Ensure compliance with country and region labor laws and tax requirements.
• Audit payroll processes and documentation for accuracy.
• Lead payroll team performance, capacity planning and development.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, HRIS and IT to improve payroll systems.
• Provide payroll-related reports and insights to stakeholders.
