Job summary

DEHN SE is seeking an experienced HR professional for its European business area. The role is based in the greater Madrid area, supporting European and African units, and acts as a liaison between BU and global HR.

The HR Business Partner/Manager will handle both strategic and operational topics, reporting to Global HR and VP Finance BU, aligning with corporate HR standards while addressing local needs. Your tasks include providing day-to-day HR support, driving recruitment and onboarding, HR

Qualifications

• Multiple years in a generalist HR role in international or matrix settings.
• Strong understanding of labor law, HR processes, and compliance.
• Experience in development, performance management and change management.
• Familiarity with compensation and benefits structures and HR marketing.
• Proven ability to rollout HR initiatives and projects.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels.
• Self-organization, ownership and solution orientation.
• Ability to balance global standards with local business needs.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees within the BU.
• Drive recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition and development.
• Plan and execute HR marketing activities to strengthen employer branding.
• Design and deliver training and development programs for employees and succession planning.
• Manage compensation structures and benefit programs for all non-managerial staff.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
• Support performance management and employee relations.
• Roll out global HR initiatives, programs, and systems within the BU.
• Maintain HR data and contribute to reporting and analytics.
• Own FTE planning and personnel cost management for the BU.
• Act as a trusted advisor on organizational and people topics.
