Job summary

Midea Europe is seeking a Human Resources professional in Madrid to manage onboarding/offboarding, maintain organizational structure, support employee relations, and drive HR policies and projects across multinational teams.

The role collaborates with the HRBP Spain, handles recruitment support, HR analytics, and time/attendance, providing cross-functional HR support across Compensation, Labor Relations, Training and Performance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Psychology or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in similar positions within multinational companies and international environments.
• Languages: Spanish (native), English (advanced, at least C1).
• Technical knowledge: MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and advanced Excel), Power BI or other data analytics tools, and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle or similar).
• Skills and Competencies: Communication skills, problem-solving, autonomy, confidentiality, planning and organizational skills, analytical skills, teamwork and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage and coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, external workers and interns, ensuring proper execution in coordination with relevant departments.
• Organization & Structure: Maintain the Company's organizational structure, including design and updates of org charts and Job Descriptions, as well as positions and changes.
• Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees, providing support and guidance in coordination with the HRBP.
• Policies, Processes & Projects: Develop, adapt and implement HR policies, processes and projects, ensuring execution and continuous improvement.
• Recruitment: Collaborate in recruitment processes, defining needs and profiles, supporting the Recruiter through stages.
• HR Analytics: Maintain accurate employee data and prepare reports on key HR KPIs.
• Time & Attendance: Manage time and attendance system, resolve incidents, keep information updated.
• Support in other HR processes including Compensation & Benefits, Labor Relations, Training, Performance & Development.
