Job summary

DEHN SE is seeking an experienced HR professional for its European business area. The role is based in the greater Madrid area, supporting European and African units, and acts as a liaison between BU and global HR.

We are looking for an experienced HR professional for our European business area. You will support our companies throughout Europe and Africa, so we can imagine your place of work being in greater metropolitan area of Madrid (Spain). The HR Business Partner / Manager for the Business Units supports both strategic and operational HR topics, acting as a key liaison between the BU and the global HR organization. The role reports functionally to Global HR (dotted line) and disciplinarily to the VP Finance BU (solid line), ensuring alignment with corporate HR standards while addressing local business needs.

Your experiences and competencies.

• Several years of experience in a generalist HR role, ideally in an international or matrix organization
• Solid understanding of labor law, HR processes, and compliance requirements
• Proven experience in development, performance management, and change management
• Familiarity with compensation & benefits structures and HR marketing strategies
• Experience in rolling out HR initiatives and project work
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of the organization
• High level of self-organization, ownership, and solution orientation
• Analytical thinking and confidence in working with HR KPIs, FTE planning and personnel cost control
• Ability to balance global standards with local business needs
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
