Qualifications

• Several years of experience in a generalist HR role, ideally in an international or matrix organization.
• Solid understanding of labor law, HR processes, and compliance requirements.
• Proven experience in development, performance management, and change management.
• Familiarity with compensation & benefits structures and HR marketing strategies.
• Experience in rolling out HR initiatives and project work.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of the organization.
• High level of self-organization, ownership, and solution orientation.
• Analytical thinking and confidence in working with HR KPIs, FTE planning and personnel cost control.
• Ability to balance global standards with local business needs.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees within the Business Unit.
• Drive recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition and development initiatives.
• Plan and execute HR marketing activities to strengthen employer branding.
• Design and deliver training and development programs for employees and do the succession planning.
• Manage compensation structures and benefit programs for all non-managerial staff.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
• Support performance management and employee relations.
• Roll out global HR initiatives, programs, and systems within the BU.
• Maintain HR data and contribute to reporting and analytics.
• Own FTE planning and personnel cost management for the BU.
• Act as a trusted advisor on organizational and people topics.
