OneTrust in Madrid seeks a strategic Senior Principal / Director, HR Country Manager to lead site HR for Spain and partner with global People teams. This role combines executive partnership, operational governance, and hands-on advice on complex people matters.

You will guide regulatory compliance, organizational health, leadership development, and employee experience while mentoring the current local HR lead in a multinational setting.

Formación

• Deep knowledge of Spain employment law and labor practices.
• Experience with Equality Plan design, governance, and compliance initiatives in Spain.
• Strong analytical capability and data-driven decision making.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• 12+ years of progressive HR experience including senior leadership roles.
• Experience leading HR for one or more offices in a multinational company.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the senior in-person HR leader for Spain and Madrid site, advising local leaders on strategy and risk.
• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy.
• Translate global People strategies into Spain market execution that is legally compliant and scalable.
• Lead complex employee relations, investigations, disciplinary matters, and exits in Spain.
• Own Spain labor compliance and Equality Plan governance across the employee lifecycle.
• Identify policy/process updates to mitigate risk and maintain audit readiness.
• Provide strategic HR leadership for organizational changes and culture.
• Use HR metrics to identify trends and drive improvements in experience and performance.
• Mentor the current HR country partner toward stronger site leadership.
