You will support our companies throughout Europe and Africa, so we can imagine your place of work being in greater metropolitan area of Madrid (Spain). The HR Business Partner / Manager for the Business Units supports both strategic and operational HR topics, acting as a key liaison between the BU and the global HR organization. The role reports functionally to Global HR (dotted line) and disciplinarily to the VP Finance BU (solid line), ensuring alignment with corporate HR standards while addressing local business needs.
