Mitsubishi Power EMEA is seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our Madrid office and provide day-to-day HR support to the Spanish business. You will be the main contact for employees and managers in Spain, offering practical guidance across the employee lifecycle and ensuring local HR practices align with company policies and Spanish law.

Formación

• Credible, approachable and self-sufficient HR professional.
• Standalone HR contact based in Madrid with strong stakeholder management.
• Good knowledge of Spanish employment legislation and HR practices.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers in Spain on HR matters.
• Provide practical HR advice throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Support managers with people-related decisions and HR processes.
• Maintain HR records and HR reporting.
• Coordinate onboarding, recruitment, training and development activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local employment law.
