Deel is seeking an Embedded Systems Integration Manager to drive client implementations by architecting, executing, and troubleshooting end-to-end deployments of Deel's embedded platform. You’ll own requirements, strategy, and execution across the integration lifecycle, from technical consulting to guiding customers and internal teams through zero-to-one deployments.

• 2-5 years of technical experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Technical Consulting, Implementation Project Management, or Support in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience in Account Management or client-facing roles is desirable.
• Deep understanding of API integrations and hands-on experience architecting or troubleshooting integration solutions.
• Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder implementation projects with a proactive, execution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with senior client stakeholders and internal teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Product or software engineering background preferred.
• Familiarity with SQL or other query languages is a plus.
• Metrics-driven mindset: ability to think beyond project completion to business outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary technical engagement point for clients' product and engineering teams during Deel Embedded implementations.
• Proactively shape requirements, strategy, and execution alongside clients and internal teams rather than reactively executing handed-down direction.
• Act as the primary engagement manager and hands-on problem-solver for unresolved integration and API issues, diving deep to resolve or routing to the right internal expert.
• Oversee customer integration projects from planning to execution, including requirements, strategy, and testing.
• Develop tailored integration plans and schedules based on each client's technical architecture and business goals.
• Work cross-functionally with Deel's product, engineering, and onboarding teams to remove blockers and drive implementations forward.
• Maintain deep technical knowledge of Deel's embedded platform, APIs, and integration patterns across customer use cases.
• Create and update internal and external resources for Deel Embedded implementation best practices and self-serve integration guidance.
• Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders about ongoing implementations.
• Guide clients' product and engineering teams toward solutions that align with their infrastructure while embedding Deel's platform.
• Help our clients conceive and deploy a product offering based on Deel’s architecture.
