Deel is seeking an HR Implementation Consultant to lead HR data migrations and implement Deel’s suite for global clients. You will guide onboarding, configure HRIS tools, and work with stakeholders to ensure accurate data transfer and a smooth transition.

You will apply your SaaS HR expertise, change-management know-how, and strong communication to empower customers and contribute to scalable HR solutions across multinational environments.

Formación

• 3+ years of SaaS HR implementation experience.
• Proven ability to manage and ensure accuracy of large HR datasets.
• Fluent in English and French or Spanish.
• Strong project management skills with attention to detail and migration planning.
• Experience with change management in enterprise settings.
• In-depth knowledge of HR processes, policies and best practices.
• Proficient in HR systems and related tools.
• Passion for empowering customers and colleagues through training and support.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist new and transitioning clients with migration to Deel’s HR tools, ensuring smooth roll-out.
• Act as a consultant for client stakeholders to recommend best practices for implementation.
• Become an expert user of Deel HR tools and guide clients on features and integrations.
• Use project management tools to guide clients through onboarding and sales-cycle planning.
• Perform data imports to migrate client data from outgoing HRIS to Deel HR, ensuring accuracy.
• Safeguard sensitive employee information during migration per data protection regulations.
• Collaborate with Onboarding, Sales, Support, Operations, Product and Engineering.
• Contribute to internal Deel HR migration processes and identify automation opportunities.
