Deel is seeking a Senior Product Operations Manager to own the operations, planning, and cross-functional alignment for platform frameworks that power multiple product teams. You will coordinate between product, engineering, and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear roadmaps and scalable processes across Deel.

This high-impact role requires strong communication, project management, and the ability to drive execution across organizational boundaries, including coordinating with 2–3 product teams

• Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex information into clear direction.
• Proven planning and project management capabilities across multiple teams.
• Experience driving cross-functional initiatives and coordinating between product, engineering, and operations.
• Familiarity with automation concepts and building scalable processes.
