Deel is seeking a Senior Design Leader to build and scale a design organization that spans Developer Experience, Partners, App Ecosystem, Internal Tooling, and AI-powered surfaces. You will shape the design craft, establish standards, manage headcount, and allocate capacity as the platform expands.

You will partner with Product and Engineering leadership to define connectivity strategy, design the API-driven end-to-end experience, and ensure a consistently high design quality across Deel’s

Formación

• 10+ years in Product Design or equivalent
• Experience leading design teams and mentoring designers
• Experience with API/developer platforms is a plus
• Strong craft across interaction and visual design for B2B/enterprise

Responsabilidades

• Build and run a design organization across multiple domains (Developer Experience, Partners, App Ecosystem, Internal Tools, and AI surfaces)
• Set org-wide craft standards, headcount, and investment priorities for the design function
• Co-own the strategy for API-driven experiences and translate it into the Deel platform’s design direction
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership to align roadmaps and ensure design quality at scale
• Lead collaboration across teams to connect internal tooling, integrations, and customer surfaces
