Deel is seeking a senior Design & AI professional to lead AI-driven product design across web and mobile experiences. You will work embedded with product managers and engineers to shape end-to-end workflows for the employer and employee portals, while contributing to the design system and AI-enabled features.

You will bring 5+ years of experience in B2B product design, a strong UX/UI background, and a portfolio showcasing AI-powered design work.

Formación

• Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies.
• Experience designing AI-assisted or AI-powered product experiences.
• A portfolio that includes AI-powered features or experiments with AI tools.
• Be passionate about design.
• Able to learn fast.
• Experience working in fast pace environment.
• Experienced in end to end product design for web and app for at least 5 years.
• Strong B2B experience.
• Knowledge and practice in both UX and UI.
• Experience in design systems.
• Know when to go deep on a task and when to execute.
• Be comfortable embedding into a development team with light PM oversight.
• Be involved with end-to-end development process from ideation to design QA.

Responsabilidades

• Deeply analyse customers and business problems to identify pain points.
• Rapidly create impactful and elegant solutions to problems.
• Strategically think of the product from high level to connect missing dots.
• Present your design work and articulate your design decisions.
• Update the acceptance criteria and define the logic to your work.
• Take full cycle ownership of your work from ideation, design, review and feedback in the final test build and after release.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Product Designers and Developers.
• Work across the employee portal, employer portal, and admin dashboard for customer support.
• Build and update components in the Design system.
• Be part of the journey to redefine a way of working for people globally.
