Deel is seeking an experienced Platform lead to own the identity and access management domain. You will shape authentication, authorization, RBAC and SSO strategies that enable a compliant, fast-moving global product.

You will design scalable identity architectures, collaborate with Compliance, Legal, IT and Data teams, and drive secure, reliable infra that supports Deel’s worldwide operations. Flexible work options and competitive total rewards accompany this role.

Formación

• 5+ years of product experience in identity, security, or platform infrastructure.
• Deep technical fluency in IAM, authentication, authorization, or related systems.
• Strong prioritization to synthesize multiple stakeholder needs and provide clear direction.
• Comfort with ambiguity and trade-offs; know when good enough is acceptable.
• Proven ability to work across technical, compliance, and operational teams.
• Experience shipping infrastructure or platform products at scale.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own the roadmap for identity and access management.
• Translate requirements into product decisions across Compliance, Legal, IT and Data.
• Design identity architecture for diverse user types and work contexts.
• Develop identity verification and compliance strategies that scale globally.
• Prioritize and manage competing stakeholder requests.
• Own production stability and incident response for identity and access systems.
• Break down complex technical and regulatory requirements into a shippable roadmap.
