RENALYSE is a technology company dedicated to developing a medical device for the decentralized measurement of potassium and creatinine from a single drop of blood. Main responsibilities
- Develop and implement the electronics for our measurement devices, ensuring compatibility with electrochemical sensors.
- Integrate microfluidic circuitry with measurement systems and ensure the use of compatible components.
- Design, program, and validate the firmware required for system operation.
- Integrate electronic modules with data acquisition, processing, and communication platforms.
- Participate in defining technical requirements and design specifications for both electronics and microfluidics.
- Collaborate with the sensor and software teams to ensure proper data transfer and visualization.
- (Optional/desirable) Contribute to the development or adaptation of software, applications, or web interfaces associated with the device.
- Prepare technical documentation and support product verification and validation activities.
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Experience in electronic system design and firmware programming.
- Knowledge of microcontrollers, analog and digital circuits, and communication protocols.
- Basic understanding of microfluidics and/or integration of electronic systems with fluidic components.
- Familiarity with electronic design tools (Altium or similar).
- Valuable: experience integrating sensors, medical devices, or data acquisition systems.
- Additional experience with software or application development (Python, C#, JavaScript or similar) will be positively considered.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, with strong attention to detail and results orientation.
- Good level of English and proficiency in Catalan and Spanish.
