Autodesk is seeking a Technical Account Manager within Autodesk Customer Success to help enterprise customers optimize their product investments across AECO workloads. You will work with large, global customers and coordinate with CSMs and TAS to ensure a proactive, high-performance support experience.

The role requires strong AECO product knowledge (Revit; Construction Cloud/Forma), excellent analytics, and fluency in French, Spanish and English.

Formación

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Architectural, Civil or Construction Engineering.
Minimum 5 years' experience with AECO products (Revit) and cloud services for large enterprise clients.
Strong analytical skills and experience in enterprise environments.
Expert knowledge in workflows and data exchange.
Fluent in French, Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

Establish and maintain relationships with customers as technical point of contact.
Priority handling and escalation of critical issues and SLA monitoring.
Provide technical guidance and recommendations for large enterprises based on data.
Identify opportunities for improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with IT/design groups to ensure installation, licensing and performance.
Deliver coaching sessions to increase adoption and success plans.
Conduct proactive engagement via case reviews and performance assessments.
Manage key events such as major upgrades.
Engage strategically to provide insights and health governance.
