Autodesk Customer Success seeks highly motivated technical experts to help customers optimize product investment and achieve measurable business outcomes. You will support AECO disciplines, working with large enterprise clients worldwide, and join the Proactive Support group balancing professional development with high performance.

This role emphasizes technical account management, proactive governance, and advisory services to ensure customers run Autodesk cloud and desktop applications

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Architectural, Civil or Construction Engineering.
• 5+ years using or supporting Autodesk AECO products (Revit) and cloud services for large enterprise clients.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills; ability to manage multiple projects.
• Fluent in French, Spanish and English; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and maintain relationships with customers as technical point of contact and coordinate with CSM and TAS.
• Prioritize and escalate critical issues; monitor service level compliance.
• Provide enterprise recommendations based on data analytics.
• Lead improvement initiatives through a problem-management approach.
• Coordinate with customer IT and design groups for successful installation, licensing, and performance of Autodesk cloud and desktop apps.
• Deliver coaching sessions from customer success plans to drive adoption and outcomes.
• Conduct proactive engagement through regular case reviews and align technical insights with customer objectives.
• Manage key events such as major upgrades; provide strategic insights and health governance.
