Autodesk, Inc. is seeking a technically skilled Customer Success professional to support AECO Civil products across large enterprise accounts.

You will act as the technical advisor, drive adoption, and coordinate with IT/design teams to ensure successful deployment and licensing of Autodesk cloud and desktop solutions. The role emphasizes proactive engagement, data-driven guidance, and escalation management to keep customers running reliably at scale.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years' experience with Autodesk Civil products and cloud services for large enterprise clients.
• Strong analytical skills and experience troubleshooting in enterprise environments.
• Expert knowledge of workflows and data exchange.
• Experience delivering presentations.
• Ability to manage several projects concurrently.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and maintain technical relationships with customers as the technical point of contact.
• Priority handling and escalation of critical issues and monitoring SLAs.
• Provide technical guidance based on data analytics for Enterprise Customers.
• Lead improvement initiatives through a problem-management approach.
• Coordinate with customer IT/design groups for installation, licensing, and performance of Autodesk cloud and desktop applications.
• Deliver coaching sessions from the customer success plan to increase adoption and success.
• Deliver proactive customer engagement through regular support reviews and alignment of insights with customer objectives.
• Manage event governance for major upgrades.
• Engage strategically to provide insights and technical health governance.
