Autodesk Customer Success seeks technically adept experts to help large enterprise customers optimize Autodesk AECO product investments and achieve measurable outcomes. You will engage with CSMs and TAS to deliver proactive governance, health checks, and strategic insights across regional accounts.

The role emphasizes building relationships, driving adoption, and coordinating across licensing, cloud services, and on-premise tools in complex environments.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural, Civil or Construction Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years' experience using Autodesk AECO products and cloud services for large enterprise clients in a professional services role.
• Strong analytical skills and experience troubleshooting in enterprise environments.
• Expert knowledge in workflows and data exchange.
• Experience delivering presentations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with defined priorities.
• Fluency in French, Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and maintain relationships with customers as technical point of contact with CS and TAS.
• Prioritize and escalate critical issues with service level oversight.
• Provide technical assistance and recommendations based on data analytics for Enterprise customers.
• Identify opportunities for improvement through problem management.
• Collaborate with customer IT and design teams to install and optimize Autodesk cloud and desktop apps.
• Deliver coaching sessions from the CS plan to drive adoption.
• Conduct proactive engagement via regular support reviews and health insights.
• Manage key events such as major upgrades.
• Provide strategic insights and governance of technical health.
