Autodesk is seeking a Customer Success Technical Account Manager to support AECO customers in large-scale enterprise environments. You will act as the technical point of contact, driving proactive guidance and successful deployments across cloud and desktop Autodesk applications.

Responsibilities include issue escalation, data-driven recommendations, and coordinating with CSM/TAS to increase adoption of the customer success plan.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting Autodesk Civil products for enterprise clients in a professional services role.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in enterprise environments.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and maintain technical relationships with customers as primary point of contact.
• Escalate critical issues and monitor service levels.
• Provide technical guidance for enterprise customers based on data analytics.
• Identify opportunities for improvement via problem management.
• Collaborate with IT and design teams for successful Autodesk deployments.
• Deliver coaching sessions to increase adoption of customer success plans.
• Conduct regular reviews and align technical insights with customer goals.
• Manage key events and upgrades.
• Engage strategically to provide health governance insights.
