Next Job Abroad is recruiting Dutch-speaking Customer Support Advisors for our client in Alicante. You will assist Dutch-speaking customers by phone about mobile services, internet, TV, and home products, focusing on finding solutions and delivering friendly, professional support.

The role offers paid training, a permanent Spanish contract, a probation period, and potential to work in a hybrid model after onboarding, with relocation assistance for those moving to Spain.

Qualifications

• Native-level Dutch (C2) required.
• English skills at B1 level or above.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• EU passport or the legal right to work in Spain.
• Willingness to learn and a good attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by phone in Dutch.
• Answer questions about mobile, broadband and TV services.
• Troubleshoot issues and guide customers toward solutions.
• Provide clear, friendly and professional support.
• Recommend relevant products or services when appropriate.
• Work with colleagues in an international team.
