Next Job Abroad is hiring a Tech & Support Specialist in Alicante to assist Dutch customers with connectivity issues, device setups, and account updates. You will handle calls, chats, and emails, providing empathetic solutions while working within a hybrid model on-site and remotely from home after an initial period.

The role offers a flexible contract size (32–39 hours/week) with a base salary up to €2,094 gross per month plus a 15% monthly performance bonus, plus relocation support for summer

Formación

• Fluent or native-level Dutch (C2) required; comfortable English (B1+)
• EU Passport or Spanish residency to finalize Spanish contract
• Willingness to work a rotational schedule (Mon-Fri, some weekends) in Alicante

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound calls, live chats, and emails for Dutch customers
• Troubleshoot connectivity, SIMs, data settings, and home devices
• Suggest product updates and promotions to existing customers
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
