Top Jobs Abroad is recruiting on behalf of a well-established international customer experience provider for Dutch-speaking Customer Service Agents in Málaga, Spain. You will handle inquiries about mobile, internet and TV services via phone, chat and email, resolve issues in a friendly, efficient way, and, when appropriate, suggest products or upgrades to meet customer needs.

Hybrid work is available after an on-site period, with permanent contract, progression paths to Team Leader or Trainer,

Qualifications

• Excellent Dutch, written and spoken (C2 level).
• Good working English (B1 level).
• A friendly, customer-focused attitude and strong communication skills.
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem solving.
• Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems.
• The legal right to live and work in Spain.
• Availability for flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers with questions about mobile, internet and TV services.
• Answer enquiries by phone, chat and email.
• Resolve issues in a friendly and efficient way, and ensure customers feel heard.
• Recommend suitable products and upgrades when appropriate.
