Next Job Abroad seeks a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Advisor to join our international client in Malaga. You will handle mobile, internet, and home service inquiries, delivering a friendly, professional experience and supporting customers across Europe.

This permanent role offers a hybrid schedule after onboarding and relocation assistance. Candidates should be native Dutch speakers with strong English and a commercial mindset, plus comfortable with learning new systems.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be fluent in Dutch with native-level proficiency (C2).
• Good English skills (minimum B1) are required to communicate with a diverse international team.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities are essential.
• Demonstrate a commercial mindset and confidence when speaking to customers.
• Be comfortable using computers and learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone for mobile, broadband and TV services.
• Resolve inquiries and troubleshoot issues while maintaining a high-quality experience.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to create value for customers.
• Collaborate with colleagues in an international team to deliver great service.
