Next Job Abroad is recruiting on behalf of an international client for Dutch-speaking Customer Support Advisors to join their team in Alicante, Spain. You'll help customers with questions about mobile services, internet and home products, delivering friendly, solution-focused assistance.

Formación

• Native-level Dutch (C2)
• Good English communication skills (minimum B1)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

About the Role

As a Dutch‑speaking Customer Support Advisor, you'll help customers with questions related to mobile services, internet, and home products. You'll also identify opportunities to recommend products or services that genuinely suit the customer's needs.
