Next Job Abroad in Alicante seeks a Customer Support & Tech Specialist to assist Dutch customers from the Netherlands. You will troubleshoot devices and discuss account updates, delivering a high-quality digital experience.

Role includes flexible contract sizes (32–39 hours/week), on-site initial period, with potential 2–3 days/week from home, and a competitive base salary up to €2,094 gross/month plus a 15% monthly bonus. Fully paid academy training offered.

Formación

• Fluent Dutch with comfortable English communication (B1+).
• EU Passport or Spanish residency is required to finalize contract.
• Willingness to work a rotational schedule (Mon–Fri, weekends).

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound Dutch customer inquiries via calls, live chat and email.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues, SIM activation, data settings, and home devices.
• Promote value through product updates and promotions; training provided.
• Maintain accurate customer records to ensure smooth service delivery.
