Qualifications

• Native-level Dutch (C2)
• Good English skills (minimum B1)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Commercial mindset and confidence speaking with customers
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
• Positive attitude and solution-oriented approach
• An EU passport or the legal right to work in Spain

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls in Dutch and provide assistance with mobile, broadband and TV inquiries
• Troubleshoot issues and offer suitable solutions
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Deliver friendly, professional, customer-focused service

• Receive paid training on systems, products and processes
