Global People Sphere in Madrid is hiring a Dutch-speaking Account Executive to own the full sales cycle for the Dutch market in a hybrid setup. You will build relationships, present SaaS solutions, and close deals with a fast-growing tech company.

The role offers a base salary of €30,000 gross per year plus uncapped monthly commissions, with onboarding support and clear career progression. You must already be living in Spain.

Formación

• Native or fluent Dutch.
• Previous B2B sales, Account Executive or SaaS sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Results-driven with a sales mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from lead to close.
• Inbounds and outbound opportunities handling and follow-up.
• Build and maintain relationships with business clients.
• Understand customer needs and present tailored SaaS solutions.
• Demonstrate products, negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Hit monthly sales targets and maintain CRM records.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and internal teams.
