Global People Sphere, Madrid-based SaaS company, is seeking a Dutch-speaking Account Executive to drive the full sales cycle across the Dutch market. You will identify opportunities, present tailored SaaS solutions, and close new business from inbound and outbound leads.

This hybrid role starts with four weeks onboarding and training, offers a base salary of €30,000 gross per year plus uncapped monthly commissions and a clear path for advancement.

Formación

• Native or fluent Dutch.
• Previous B2B sales, Account Executive, Business Development or SaaS sales experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Results-driven with a passion for sales.
• Comfortable managing the full sales cycle.
• Excellent relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Managing the full sales cycle from identifying opportunities to closing deals.
• Building and maintaining relationships with business clients.
• Understanding customer needs and presenting tailored SaaS solutions.
• Conducting product demonstrations and sales presentations.
• Negotiating contracts and closing new business.
• Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.
• Maintaining CRM records and sales forecasts.
• Collaborating with Customer Success and other teams.
