Global People Sphere in Madrid is seeking a Dutch-speaking Account Executive to drive new business and grow the Dutch market for our SaaS solutions. You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, while collaborating with Customer Success and other teams.

The role offers a base salary of €30,000 gross per year plus uncapped monthly commissions and a clear path for career progression. Onboarding is planned in a hybrid Madrid environment to support your first months.

Formación

• Native or fluent Dutch speaker.
• Experience in B2B sales, Account Executive, Business Development or SaaS sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Results-driven with a passion for sales.
• Comfortable managing the full sales cycle.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to closing.
• Build and maintain relationships with business clients.
• Understand customer needs and present tailored SaaS solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations.
• Negotiate contracts and close new business.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain CRM records and sales forecasts.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and internal teams.
