Global People Sphere in Madrid is seeking a Dutch-speaking Account Executive to join our fast-growing SaaS team. You’ll manage the full sales cycle, develop relationships with Dutch-speaking businesses in Spain, and present tailored e-commerce solutions.

This role offers a hybrid working model, an uncapped commission scheme, a base salary of €30,000 gross per year, and clear career progression from Account Executive to senior levels with onboarding and ongoing coaching.

Formación

• Native or fluent Dutch required.
• Experience in B2B sales or SaaS is preferred.
• Must be based in Spain.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full sales cycle from lead identification to closing deals.
• Build and maintain relationships with business clients.
• Present tailored SaaS solutions and conduct product demonstrations.
• Negotiate contracts and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.
