Global People Sphere in Madrid is seeking a Dutch-speaking Account Executive to drive new business in the Dutch market. You will manage the full sales cycle, conduct product demos, and close deals in a hybrid work setting.

The role offers a base salary of €30,000 gross per year plus uncapped monthly commissions, with clear career progression and onboarding support for a fast-growing SaaS company.

Formación

• Fluent Dutch; living in Spain.
• Experience in B2B SaaS sales preferred.
• Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Manage inbound and outbound opportunities and build client relationships.
• Understand customer needs and present tailored SaaS solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations.
• Negotiate contracts and close new business while hitting targets.
• Maintain CRM records and sales forecasts; collaborate with CS.
