Lingo-nova is seeking a Dutch-speaking Account Executive to join its international sales team based in Madrid, Spain. This hybrid, permanent role offers a €30,000 gross base salary plus an uncapped commission plan and a €600 monthly target commission.

You will manage the full sales cycle, demos, and client meetings, building strong relationships and driving KPIs. Fluency in Dutch and English is required, and candidates must reside in Spain.

Working Hours

• Monday – Thursday: 09:00 – 18:00
• Friday: 09:00 – 15:00
• Availability aligned with the US time zone is preferred, especially during the onboarding period.
  
  
  

Compensation

• €30,000 gross annual base salary
• Uncapped commission plan
• Monthly target commission of €600
• Performance multipliers:
• 80% target = 1.3x
• 100% target = 2x
• 150%+ target = 3x
  
• Additional quarterly commission accelerators for top performers.
