Concentrix is hiring a Customer Service Representative (Dutch-speaking) on-site in Benalmádena, Spain. You'll join a dynamic team and handle outbound calls, inquiries, and back-office tasks with a focus on quality service.

The role offers a full-time schedule (39 hours/week), a base salary of 22,600 EUR per year plus performance bonus up to 3,700 EUR, comprehensive training, and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proficient or bilingual in Dutch.
• Excellent organizational, listening and communication skills.
• Detail oriented, open-minded, communicative and adaptable to different customer types.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.

Responsabilités

• Make outbound calls to follow up on appointments and customer inquiries.
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities within a fast-paced environment.
• Perform back-office tasks to support customer service operations.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Gather and document information during interactions for high-quality service.
