Mercier Consultancy Group is sourcing a Dutch Speaking Advisor for Online Payment Platform in Bulgaria. You will support users of a digital payments ecosystem within FinTech, handling account management and payment inquiries with clarity and empathy.

Formación

Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Valid EU passport or right to work in Bulgaria.

Responsabilidades

Provide world-class support to users of a leading digital payment ecosystem in FinTech.
Assist clients with secure account management, transaction inquiries, and troubleshooting payment gateway issues.
Maintain high security and compliance protocols in FinTech operations.
Translate complex payment solutions into clear guidance for Dutch-speaking customers.
Identify and escalate system errors to technical teams to ensure seamless platform operations.
Build trust with users through empathetic, accurate, and professional communication.
Refine internal support processes to improve customer satisfaction scores.
