Mercier Consultancy Group seeks a Dutch Speaking Support Specialist in Bulgaria to deliver multi-channel support to Dutch-speaking clients, resolving inquiries and logging interactions in our CRM.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, adhere to SLAs, and act as a brand ambassador. Requires native Dutch, EU passport, and willingness to relocate to Sofia; English is required for reporting.
