Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical and functional support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat.
• Identify customer needs and deliver innovative solutions within the customer support framework.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service documentation in internal systems.
• Collaborate with international teams to optimize communication strategies and improve satisfaction metrics.
• Navigate digital tools to troubleshoot inquiries and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments.
• Ensure SLAs are met while maintaining a professional, helpful brand voice.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on BPO and customer support trends.
