Mercier Consultancy Group seeks a Dutch Speaking Support Specialist in Bulgaria to deliver multi-channel support to Dutch-speaking clients, resolving inquiries and logging interactions in our CRM.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, adhere to SLAs, and act as a brand ambassador. Requires native Dutch, EU passport, and willingness to relocate to Sofia; English is required for reporting.

Formación

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
• EU passport (valid).
• Experience in customer support or similar client-facing role is valued.
• Excellent communication with strong problem-solving focus.
• English for corporate reporting and team collaboration.
• Relocation to Sofia, Bulgaria required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional service via email, phone, and chat to Dutch-speaking clients.
• Resolve complex inquiries with high customer satisfaction within customer support services.
