CloserHire is recruiting a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Advisor for an e-commerce project based in Benalmádena, Málaga. You will handle calls, Live Chat, and email inquiries, assisting customers with orders, products, and promotions in a professional, friendly manner.

You'll work in a fast-paced, international environment with rotating shifts; relocation support of 500 EUR is provided after one month. The position offers a full-time Spanish contract with paid training and vacation, and

Formación

• Fluent Dutch and good English (both written and spoken).
• Experience with computer systems and CRM tools.
• Customer-friendly, patient, and able to manage difficult situations calmly.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls, Live Chat, and email inquiries.
• Support customers with questions about orders, products, and promotions.
• Process calls redirected from stores and log them accurately in the ticketing system.
• Follow procedures and project guidelines to ensure consistent service.
• Collaborate with colleagues, communicating across channels to deliver quality support.
• Meet performance targets while maintaining high service quality.
• Potential to handle customer inquiries via social media channels in the future.
